Common questions
My data isn't showing on my new phone
Make sure you signed in with the same method as before (Apple, Google or the same email address). Each sign-in method is a separate account. Then open Settings → Sync Now.
I bought Pro but the app still shows Free
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account you paid with. Pro then unlocks on every device where you sign in to CaloRep.
How do I cancel Pro?
In the App go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or on iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep everything you created.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by the app stores. For the App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, through your Google Play order history.
How do I import my Hevy history?
- In Hevy, go to the Profile tab and tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Export & Import Data, then Export Workouts.
- In the share sheet, tap Save to Files and pick a folder, e.g. On My iPhone → Downloads. On Android, save it to Downloads.
- In CaloRep, open Settings → Import from Hevy, tap Select CSV File and choose the file.
Your workouts, sets and routines come over. You can review how each exercise is matched before anything is saved.
A barcode wasn't found or has wrong values
Barcodes come from Open Food Facts, a community database. If a product is missing, search for it by name or add it as a custom food. You can also add or fix the product on openfoodfacts.org to help everyone.
How do I delete my account?
In the App go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all its data from our servers. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your store account too, since deleting the account doesn't stop store billing.
